Foot Health Prevention
Foot health prevention focuses on preventing the occurrence of foot-related problems by promoting foot health and well-being through proactive and educational measures.
The main objective is to prevent the development of foot conditions, such as chilblains, calluses, ingrown toenails, fungal infections, dryness, cracks, deformities, and other complications related to the feet.
In foot health prevention, we carry out regular assessments of our patients’ feet, identifying potential problems and adopting proactive measures to prevent such conditions from worsening. This may include correct nail cutting, guidance on proper footwear use, proper hygiene practices, and preventative treatments.

Nails health treatment
Unlike preventive foot care, which focuses on avoiding future problems, corrective foot care is aimed at addressing existing conditions — mainly related to the nails and surrounding tissues — in order to improve comfort, appearance, and the overall function of the feet.
Our focus is not on bone or structural corrections, but rather on nail-related issues, such as curved or involuted nails that cause pain, ingrown toenails, and other minor nail deformities that affect daily comfort.
Each treatment begins with a detailed assessment to identify the source of the problem. Based on this evaluation, we create personalized treatment plans, which may include the use of nail correction devices and other specialized techniques designed to relieve discomfort and restore the natural balance of the nails and feet.

An orthosis is a device applied to the surface of the nail. Its purpose is to correct the curvature of the nail, forcing the nail in the opposite direction, changing its natural curvature (which favors ingrown nails), effectively reducing episodes of ingrown nails.
Applying the orthosis is painless and provides excellent results, as it corrects the growth pattern of the problem nail, bringing relief to those who suffer from recurrent ingrown toenails.
The treatment is recommended for people who suffer from ingrown toenails or a feeling of pressure on the sides of the nail.
The orthosis model will be chosen according to the patient’s needs;
Models: FMM / Button / Titanium wire / Resin
